Well-maintained forest rest houses: The Dhikala night stay packages are a great way to experience the park. You get to spend a night inside Dhikala forest rest houses and have access to all of the activities and ranger-led tours that are available.

Open jeep rides: Experience your last day on our free 4*4 top notch jeep safaris without any worries. After breakfast (not included in the package) checkout from your resort rooms.

Things that are not included: 

Meals: We will not be able to provide any meals. Though our canteens remain open during mealtime. You can order anything and enjoy your Satvik food in nature’s lap.

  1. We only provide booking arrangements for government Forest Rest Houses, which are managed and operated by Corbett Tiger Reserve.
  2. Complaints or issues regarding the stay must be addressed to the management of CTR.
  3. We are a private organization that provides bookings and safari/tour packages for Jim Corbett. We are not directly affiliated with Corbett National Park.
  4. By booking this deal, you acknowledge that FRH bookings are non-luxurious in nature and that you have fully understood the details of the stay.
  5. The booking is confirmed only after the permit is issued. Do not consider the booking confirmed after making the advance payment alone.
  6. Once the booking is confirmed, no refund or cancellation will be allowed..
  7. We may offer other forest rest houses (e.g., Gairal, Sarapduli, Sultan) or dates as alternatives at the time of issuing permit. It’s your choice to accept or cancel with a full refund or reschedule at that time.
  8. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the park.
  9. Guest must understand the nature of the tour. It’s an adventure tour & total offloading ride inside the forest, machinery/vehicle functionality is not guaranteed, in case of mishaps with the vehicle damage, guests have to cooperate. Team will try their best to recover the damage at the earliest possible or alternatives will be arranged, no refund or compensation will be provided in that case
  10. All guests must present valid photo identification (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport) at check-in. Without an original ID, guests will not be allowed to check in
  11. Stay for one child up to 5 years of age is complementary without an extra mattress.
  12. Extra mattresses will be provided for triple occupancy bookings..
  13. Pets are not allowed on the park premises.
  14. Any inappropriate actions by guests, as deemed by the authority, may lead to corrective action after investigation.
  15. Guests are liable for any damages (except normal wear and tear) to Rest House assets and must maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  16. Certain policies are booking-specific and will be informed to the customer while booking.

Arrival & Check-in

Your adventure begins the moment you arrive at Ramnagar, where our friendly representative will be waiting to greet you. After parking your vehicle, you'll step aboard a sturdy, open jeep, ready to whisk you away into the heart of the wilderness. The journey to Dhanghari Gate takes about 1.5 hours, and as you pass through, you'll be stepping into a different world altogether. Once formalities and ID checks are completed, your Dhikala journey truly begins. The next leg of the ride, another hour and a half, will take you through winding trails and dense forests, offering glimpses of the beauty that awaits. Upon reaching the Forest Rest House (FRH), you’ll check in to your well-appointed room. Take some time to relax and soak in the ambiance of the jungle. Lunch can be enjoyed afterward (not included in the package), as you gear up for your first safari at around 2:00 PM (timing may vary slightly depending on the forest warden). The 4-hour safari will be nothing short of mesmerizing—keep your eyes peeled for majestic tigers, elusive leopards, and other wildlife roaming freely in their natural habitat. After an exhilarating experience, you'll return to the FRH for a quiet evening. Enjoy your dinner (not included) and drift into a peaceful sleep, lulled by the sounds of the forest, preparing for an action-packed day ahead.

Safari & Check-out

Rise and shine early, as the jungle calls! Your second safari begins at dawn, around 5:30 or 6:00 AM. The early morning mist and the golden rays of sunlight filtering through the trees make this an unforgettable experience. As you traverse Grasslands, Mota Saal, and Sambhar Road, make sure to soak in every moment, because these are memories you'll carry with you forever. You might spot elephants bathing by the river, herds of chital grazing, or even another tiger on the prowl. After your safari, it's time for breakfast (not included), where you can relax and reflect on the thrill of the past 24 hours. Then, it’s time to check out from the FRH, bid farewell to Dhikala, and begin the scenic return journey to Ramnagar, where your jeep will drop you off by 12 PM—whether it’s at your parked vehicle, a resort, or the railway station.
