Covid'19 Negative report required to visit Jim Corbett?
'NO' for Safari. 'YES' for Resort Stay
If you are planning to stay in resorts, most luxury resorts have made it mandatory for guests to check in with a negative covid report for all guests be it any type of report like RTPCR/RAPID ANTIGEN TEST of last 72 hours. So if you are planning your visit make sure you ask the resort or booking provider about the covid'19 protocol they are currently following.
However, for a safari in Jim Corbett National Park, it is not mandatory to bring any kind of report. There is no checking or any kind of protocol being followed except wearing a mask. Yes, wearing a mask is mandatory & everyone should wear the mask while traveling for the sake of the safety of your self & family.
What is required for Entering into Uttarakhand Border?
If you are coming from Delhi NCR you will be entering via Thakurdwara Border Check-post. If you are coming from Lucknow/Baraily you will be entering via Rudarpur and if you are coming from Chandighar or Dehradun/Haridwar/Rishikesh you'll be entering via Jaspur Check-post.
For entering into Uttarakhand you must register yourself on Dehradoon Smart City Portal to get your E-Pass. Keep IDs of all travelers handy while filling in the information on the portal. Also, a booking confirmation voucher of the resort/hotel may be required to upload for E-Pass.
After registering keep the E-Pass hardcopy as well as a soft copy with you to avoid any inconvenience during your journey.
